Next Generation may be new to you, but we're not new to the game.


Our Founder, CEO, and lone Facilitator to date has been working in education for 13+ years (since 2010).


Because we understand how important it is to Trust in the credentials, experience, and capabilities of the educator you choose for your children, we're listing here some STATISTICS (not opinions) of the Facilitators on staff.


We'll even go chronologically:

  1. University of Houston student began services with a failing grade in chemistry. Next Generation Facilitator used innovative, student-centered methods to result in student increasing grade to a B average where he could then pass the course final.

  2. Next Generation Facilitator was student teaching for the first time at an Uplift charter school in Dallas. Facilitator utilized attention heavy, conceptually focused methods to result in MAP Growth so high that the teacher of record received a Top Hat award from the charter school network.

  3. Next Generation Facilitator was student teaching for the first time at an Uplift charter school in Dallas. One of the few lessons the student teacher presented to the full class resulted in the highest class averages on that standard for the semester exam.

  4. Next Generation Facilitator was entering her very first year as a full time, teacher of record in a Richardson ISD high school. When comparing 1st semester exam scores, this Facilitator scored 2nd out of 5 teachers in the same subject. The only teacher whose semester exam class averages were higher, was the only teacher who tested with advanced students. The Facilitator had all on-level students.

  5. Next Generation Facilitator entered her 2nd year as a classroom teacher at a middle school in Richardson ISD. These semester exam scores she again ranked 2nd out of 3. The teacher who scored highest beats her years of experience by more than 5.

  6. Next Generation Facilitator conducted pre-calculus tutoring services for a consistent school year. Student maintained a consistent A average the entire year with multiple 95+ test grades.

  7. Student with ADD was struggling to complete and turn in assignments. Next Generation Facilitator utilized conversation and understanding to nurture student resulting in all assignments submitted.

  8. Middle school student was struggling to stay focused and calm when completing assignments. Next Generation Facilitator utilized encouragement, and redirection to support student in completing all assignments with confidence and a calm demeaner.

  9. Facilitator received "Team Player" award for selfless assistance to other staff at Uplift.

  10. Facilitator posseses valid standard teaching certificate from Texas Education Agency in Math 7-12 & Special Education EC-12.

  11. Facilitator posseses Bachelor's of Science in chemistry, minor in psychology from the University of Houston

  12. Facilitator graduated with University Honors

  13. Facilitator received 27 on ACT; 1900 composite SAT: 690 Reading, 660 Math, 550 Writing
